-Handmade Nature: Because I print and bind these journals in-house, slight variations may occur.

-Colors: We try to display colors accurately, but we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display will perfectly match the physical product.

-Changes: We reserve the right to change product descriptions or prices, or to discontinue any product at any time.

3. Orders & Payment

-We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.

-You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information.

-Personal Use Only: By purchasing, you agree that the products are for personal use and not for commercial resale.

4. Shipping & Risk

Once we hand your order to the shipping carrier (USPS, UPS, etc.), the "risk of loss" passes to you. While we will do our best to help if a package is lost, we are not legally liable for shipping delays or errors caused by the carrier.

5. Intellectual Property

Everything on this site—including text, images, logos, and the creative layouts of the journals—is owned by Giving Space Studios. You may use our products for your personal study, but you may not reproduce, resell, or distribute our content without written permission.

6. Feedback & Reviews

If you send us feedback or reviews, you agree that we can use that content (for example, as a testimonial on our site) without compensation or further permission.

7. Relationship with Shopify

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide the platform that allows us to sell our products to you. By using this site, you acknowledge that Shopify is not responsible for the products or the sales transaction itself.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no case shall Giving Space Studios be liable for any injury, loss, or claim arising from your use of our products. Our products are provided "as is" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
