Shipping policy
Thank you for supporting my small studio! Every journal is hand-printed and bound right here in Layton, Utah. Because each item is made-to-order, please review our shipping guidelines below.
1. Processing Times
- Standard Orders: Please allow 1–2 business days for me to print and bind your journal before it is shipped.
- Bulk Orders (10+ journals): Because of the extra labor involved, please allow 3–5 business days for processing.
- Note: We do not ship on Sundays or Federal Holidays.
2. Local Pickup (Layton, UT)
If you are local, you can skip the shipping costs! Feel free to message me directly to place and order and arrange a specific pickup time.
3. Shipping Rates & Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Standard Shipping: Generally arrives in 3–5 business days once it leaves the studio.
- Expedited Shipping: Options are available at checkout if you need your journal sooner.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to update.
5. Shipping Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address! We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping.
6. Damaged or Lost Packages
- Damages: I take great care in packaging your journals. If your order arrives damaged, please email givingspacestudios@gmail.com within 48 hours with a photo of the damage so I can make it right.
- Lost Packages: Once a package is handed to the carrier (USPS/UPS), it is out of our physical control. If your tracking says "Delivered" but you haven't received it, please check with neighbors or your local post office before contacting us.
