What makes these journals different from a regular notebook or scripture journal?
These journals pair specific General Conference talks with creative, structured layouts. There are images to color, reflection prompts, doodling space, and guided content designed to engage hands-on learners.
What type of content is inside? Are they blank pages?
These journals are not blank. They feature every talk (including footnotes) from each session of General Conference. The talks are interspersed with creative prompts, images to color, and ample writing space. Each talk has a QR code that leads directly to the Gospel Library, so you can listen as you fill in your creative journal.
Who are these journals for?
Our core audience includes individuals who crave a deeper spiritual connection but struggle with traditional, linear study methods. This includes kinesthetic learners, creative types, neurodivergent individuals, and anyone seeking peaceful reflection time.
Is this journal faith-specific?
These journals are based on the teachings of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. General Conference is held twice each year where Prophets and Apostles testify of Jesus Christ, giving inspired messages of peace and guidance. These journals include their teachings.
Do the journals include the entire text of the Conference talks?
Yes, the entire text and all footnotes of each address are included.
Purchasing & Logistics
How long does shipping take?
We process orders in 1–2 business days. Standard shipping usually takes 3–5 business days. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout.
What is your return/exchange policy?
Because of the unique and personal way our products are created, all sales are final.
- Digital Items: Due to their digital nature, these purchases cannot be returned or refunded.
- Physical Journals: We print and bind these journals in small batches right here at the studio. Because they are made-to-order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.
- Note: We want you to be 100% happy! If your journal arrives damaged or there is a defect in the printing, please contact us immediately and we’ll do our best to make it right.
Do you offer a bulk discount for groups or Relief Society classes?
We love it when groups study together! We offer the following discounts:
- 10% off orders of 10+ journals
- 15% off orders of 20+ journals
- 20% off orders of 30+ journals Please note: Bulk orders may require an extra 3–7 business days for processing. Local pickup is available for customers in the Layton, UT area. To place a group order, please email givingspacestudios@gmail.com.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major payment methods including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover, plus accelerated checkouts like Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and PayPal.
Materials & Usage
What type of pens/markers can I use? Will they bleed through?
Our journals are printed on 28 lb. (105 gsm) premium paper, designed to minimize bleed-through. We recommend testing heavy markers in the back, but felt-tip pens and colored pencils work perfectly!
What can you tell me about the paper you use in the Studio?
Our 28 lb. paper is smooth with a super bright (100) finish. It is sustainably made in the USA and is Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) certified, meaning it is made with renewable resources from sustainably managed forests.
Is the journal spiral-bound?
Yes! The spiral binding allows your journal to lay completely flat, making it easy to write, color, and receive inspiration as you make space for the Lord.
How long does it take to complete one journal?
These are self-paced, so completion time depends on how you study! If you study one talk per week, the journal will last for several months. We’ve included checkboxes in the Table of Contents so you can easily track your progress.
